My son loves it! I was really surprised how well it works compared to a trx4m you won’t want to play with the m anymore.

However it does not match the ones I took out of the plane the plug/socket are different in size and number of terminals.
So I take 50% of the blame as I should have looked more closely at the photos.
Excellent little truck, checked and all ok. But the Mrs wont let me have it until Christmas...lol, so I have to wait until then to test it out. But looks Great.
The car itself is incredible and very capable for its size. I did have a bad steering servo when it arrived but the Team sorted that for me and the customer service was excellent in this regard.
Seems great so far. The box says that there are bearings that have been installed, and it feels like there is oil in the shocks though I haven't checked either as I don't trust myself to be able to reassemble it. The two gears are great and very distinctive.
The only issue that I have faced is that the front bumper/grill seems to prevent the front suspension from compressing. It catches on the screw in the steering servo and you can force it past with your hand, but I don't think it would ever compress that far normally. I'm planning on making a notch for it to move through but it seems like a bit of a design flaw that it catches in the first place. I have seen other people say that they sanded the screw down too.
Not letting that put me off though, its a great little crawler. The other issue I would take is with the postage. Everything arrived ok, but I ordered the car, a 2nd battery, and some wheels, and they were all delivered by separate companies and came at separate times. I'm sure they could have all been put in one box!

I bought these to go on my FCX24 Power Wagon, but the design of these wheels mean that the nuts can't be fully tightened using the nut key / wrench / whatever it is that came with the car. To fully tighten them you need to awkwardly grip them using needle nose pliers which aren't supplied. I think I will just take the tyres and foams off these rims and use them on the stock ones. I was hoping for a simple swap and these are exactly the opposite of that.
Amazingly detailed, looks very realistic and a great addition to my collection. Very tough/strong build quality and looks like it will hold it's own against it's direct competition (the TRX4 Sport). Not had it long enough to comment on longevity, but seems to be holding up very well so far.
Overall I'm very happy with them. I got these for my grandsons and we had lots of fun in the garden, and they love them. However, I have already have a problem with the steering servo on the Defender 110. When powered on, the servo doesn't operate. I checked online and it appears that this is a common problem because of the poor quality of the servo and people are upgrading to servos with metal gears. Most are saying they failed after only 2 weeks. Now, I also have the Discovery and the Range Rover, so now I'm expecting these to fail as well. I know these are only budget RC cars, but I didn't expect to have a problem so soon. To be fair my grandson was most upset because the Defender was his favourite.
Great upgrade, really make a difference to the COG without affecting the looks in any way. Just be careful to catch the pin when you take the original hex drive off, suggest putting the car on a tray with lipped sides before working on it.
Great service from FMS too as the original order got messed up by the courier, their support department was spot on.
